Texwipe’s CleanStep™ tacky mat is an adhesive-coated contamination control mat that captures particulates from foot-traffic and equipment wheels before they can get tracked into the cleanroom, data centre or controlled environment. The contamination control mat’s patented construction process, exclusive non-transferring adhesives and multi-layer design provide consistent particle removal performance with each mat. All Texwipe adhesive mats are designed and manufactured under a stringent ISO 9001 quality management system. A consistent antimicrobial preservative on each layer gives long lasting protection against the growth of organisms including bacteria, mould and mildew. The adhesive coating on every sheet offers just the right amount of tack to remove particles, yet not be introduced into a critical environment. Each case of mats has a lot code for quality assurance purposes. These 30-layer mats can be used with or without a frame, depending on the floor surface and the need to reposition the mat when cleaning.
