User Verification

You will be prompted to verify your details when you log in or when you sell, list classified or list in the directory. Verification is done only once.

Benefits of verification include:

• Sellers - potential buyers are made aware that you are a verified seller
• Sellers - confirmation of your verified status will appear next to your profile and username in all areas
• Buyers - sellers will have additional evidence of your identity

1. Click on My CRITTEX (top right section).

2. Click on Get Verified (in the pink panel) or scroll down and click on User Verification. The User Verification screen is displayed with current status as not verified.

3. Enter details as requested; name, address and contact number.

4. Click on Verified. The Payment - User Verification screen is displayed with a message below confirming that your account is verified and there are no fees to pay.

You can start selling, buying and listing in classified and directory.
